Job Summary

On behalf of our client, we are looking for an energetic, confident, and customer-oriented Showroom Sales to actively engage with customers, present products, and ensure a positive customer experience while contributing to sales growth and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and actively engage with showroom visitors, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products.
• Present product features, benefits, and pricing to potential customers and respond to inquiries.
• Follow up with prospective customers, maintain strong customer relationships, and convert inquiries into sales.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall showroom performance.
• Maintain an attractive, organized, and presentable showroom environment.
• Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate sales records, customer information, and daily sales reports.
• Coordinate with the sales team and management to ensure smooth showroom operations.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
• 6 months - 2 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in showroom or retail sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an active and confident approach to engaging customers.
• Strong customer service, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Presentable, energetic, proactive, and target-oriented personality.
• Ability to understand customer needs and effectively promote products.
• Good command of spoken English and Amharic.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with sales reporting.
