Job Description

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or with related field of study with relevant work experience.

Experience: 4–8 years of relevant work experience.

Quantity Required: 2

Site Supervision: Supervise daily construction activities and site workers to ensure work is carried out according to project plans and schedules.
Quality Control: Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, technical specifications, and established quality standards.
Project Progress Monitoring: Monitor daily construction progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Technical Coordination: Coordinate with the Technical Department, Office Engineer, Foreman, and other project team members to ensure smooth site operations.
Material & Equipment Management: Monitor the utilization of construction materials, equipment, and labor to ensure efficient resource management.
Problem Identification & Reporting: Identify site challenges, technical issues, and potential delays, and promptly report them to the relevant departments.
Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure construction activities comply with occupational health and safety requirements and site safety procedures.
Site Documentation & Measurement: Maintain accurate site records, support quantity measurements, and ensure proper documentation of construction activities.
