Site Engineer (Customer Service Delegate)

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct site visits with prospective clients and professionally present available properties.

• Explain project details, construction specifications, layouts, materials, and other technical aspects to clients.

• Use civil engineering knowledge to answer clients' technical questions accurately.

• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable properties based on their requirements and budget.

• Follow up with prospects through calls, meetings, and site visits to convert leads into successful sales.

• Prepare and deliver property presentations and explain payment plans, prices, and project features.

• Coordinate with the construction/site team to obtain accurate technical information for clients.

• Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide professional customer service throughout the sales process.

• Maintain accurate records of prospects, follow-ups, site visits, and sales activities.

• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall sales objectives of the company.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

• Proven experience in real estate sales, property sales, or a related sales position is preferred/required.

• Strong knowledge of construction, building materials, drawings, and basic site operations.

• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to confidently conduct property/site presentations for clients.

• Customer-oriented, target-driven, and proactive.

• Willingness to work at project sites and interact directly with clients.

• Strong follow-up and relationship-management skills.
