Role Overview

Gerad Logistics is seeking a creative and organized Content & Social Media Manager to plan, create, publish, and manage engaging content that strengthens brand visibility, supports marketing initiatives, and builds relationships with our online audience.

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in any field of study or relevant certifications in Graphic Design, Social Media Management, or Content Marketing.

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience

Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly content calendars aligned with company priorities and campaigns.

• Turn ideas, service updates, and campaign concepts into clear visual content, including static graphics, motion graphics, and short-form video.

• Manage social media scheduling, publishing, monitoring, and audience engagement across relevant company channels.

• Respond professionally and promptly to social media messages, comments, and inquiries, escalating sales or service issues to the relevant team.

• Share content with management for review and approval before publication, allowing sufficient time for feedback.

• Support marketing campaigns and other reasonable brand-promotion activities; track basic engagement and report content performance with recommendations.

Skills & Competencies

• Creative thinking, clear communication, and strong written/chat communication skills.

• Basic graphic design capability and familiarity with social media management, content planning, and publishing tools.

• Motion graphics and video-editing skills are an advantage.
