Store Keeper

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Store Keeper to manage technical service spare parts, consumables, and related materials. The Store Keeper will ensure proper storage, accurate inventory records, timely issuance of spare parts, and availability of materials required for medical equipment installation, maintenance, and repair.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, label, and properly store spare parts and service materials.

• Maintain accurate records of received, issued, returned, and transferred items.

• Organize inventory by equipment, part number, category, and location.

• Issue spare parts to technicians based on approved service requests or work orders.

• Monitor stock levels and initiate replenishment requests for critical and fast-moving parts.

• Maintain minimum and maximum stock levels for essential spare parts.

• Track part numbers, serial numbers, quantities, and other relevant details.

• Segregate and properly identify damaged, defective, obsolete, returned, or unused parts.

• Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies.

• Update inventory transactions in Odoo and maintain supporting documents.

• Maintain proper warehouse organization, housekeeping, and security.

• Prepare regular inventory and stock-status reports.

• Support internal and external audits by providing accurate inventory records.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in warehouse or inventory management.

• Experience handling technical service spare parts or medical equipment materials is an advantage.

• Good knowledge of inventory control, stock management, and warehouse procedures.

• Basic computer skills and experience with Odoo or similar inventory management systems.

• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to work closely with engineers and technical service teams.

• High level of integrity, accountability, and responsibility.

• Ability to handle and organize warehouse materials.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Good knowledge of warehouse and inventory management.

• Understanding of technical materials and medical equipment spare parts.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good organizational and record-keeping skills.

• Basic computer and Odoo skills.

• Ability to work effectively with technicians and service teams.
