POSITION: Store Keeper I
Role purpose: The Storekeeper is responsible for managing the inventory, receiving and dispatching goods, maintaining stock records, and ensuring that storage areas are organized and secure. The role involves working closely with procurement, logistics, and other departments to ensure timely and accurate handling of materials.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and record deliveries of materials or products.
Verify received items against purchase orders and delivery notes.
Store materials in an orderly and accessible manner in the warehouse or stockroom.
Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks.
Issue materials and supplies to departments as requested.
Monitor stock levels and communicate with procurement to replenish as needed.
Ensure proper labeling and tagging of inventory items.
Keep the storage area clean, organized, and secure at all times.
Performs other related duties as required.
Prepares various reports and statistics;
Use inventory management software or manual logs for tracking purposes.
Comply with health, safety, and environmental standards.
Job Requirements
Required Qualification and skills
Diploma/Level IV in Supply Chain & Logistic Management, Property Management, Management, Accounting or other Business related fields with 3 years of experience & COC certeficate
