Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Textile Production Manager to oversee and coordinate garment and knitting production activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient production operations, meeting production targets, maintaining quality standards, and coordinating production teams.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and oversee daily garment and knitting production activities.

• Ensure production targets and schedules are achieved efficiently.

• Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement.

• Coordinate and supervise production teams and line operations.

• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and production standards.

• Monitor the efficient utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials.

• Identify and resolve production-related challenges and delays.

• Prepare and maintain production reports and performance records.

• Coordinate with quality control, maintenance, stores, and other relevant departments.

• Implement measures to improve productivity, efficiency, and product quality.

• Male candidate.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the textile industry, preferably in garment and knitting production.

• Strong production planning and team management skills.

• Good problem-solving and communication skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
