Job Description

Radisson Blu Hotel, Addis Ababa which is centrally located in Kazanchis Business District adjacent to the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa conference hall (UNECA-AA) and just eight kilometers from Bole International Airport is looking for a dynamic, self-starter to join our team as a Waiter/Waitress. 

Job Requirements

Required qualifications:

• Diploma/Certificate in Hotel Management/Hotel Operations/ F&B service and other related field.

• Minimum of three years’ work experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a four or five star hotels.

• Having COC certification is an advantage.

Competencies required:

• Excellent command of English

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Ability to work with minimum supervision and handle multiple assignments

• Capable of working in a team environment

• Highly organized, able to carry out tasks independently and punctual

• Articulate and good listener

• Willing to do shift work

• Experience in MICROS System is advantageous
