Job Announcement: Plant HR and Admin Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Plant HR and Admin Manager to lead our human resources and administrative functions at our manufacturing facility. This role is pivotal in aligning HR strategies with plant operations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a productive work environment.  

 Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources Management:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Manage performance appraisal systems to drive high performance.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
  • Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and grievance management.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills. 

Administrative Management:

  • Supervise administrative functions, including facility management and office services.
  • Manage administrative budgets and expenditures.
  • Ensure efficient office operations and maintenance of records.
  • Oversee compliance with health and safety regulations.  

Strategic Planning:

  • Collaborate with plant leadership to align HR and administrative functions with operational goals.
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide insights for decision-making.
  • Drive initiatives to improve employee engagement and organizational culture.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. A Master’s degree or HR certification is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years in HR and administrative roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial position within a manufacturing environment.
  • Skills:
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office applications.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
