- Collaborate with the sales leadership team to develop and implement sales strategies.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with sales agents, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
- Act as a point of contact for agent inquiries and provide timely and effective support.
- Address and resolve agent concerns and issues promptly.
- Facilitate communication between agents and other departments within the company.

- Ensure sales agents comply with all company policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of agent performance, training, and activities.
- Manage agent contracts and agreements.
- Generate regular reports for upper management on sales agent performance.
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management or related fields of study with a minimum of six (6) years of demonstrated experience, with at least four (3) years in a managerial role, preferably in the real estate industry.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management or related fields of study with a minimum of eight (8) years of demonstrated experience, with at least four (4) years in a managerial role, preferably in the real estate industry.
