Full timeHandles and routes incoming and outgoing correspondence, prepares letters, minutes and reports using word processor;
Maintains records of incoming and outgoing correspondence and mails of the office and classifies and organizes the filing system of the office;
Answers telephone calls and provides information to callers, transfers calls or receives messages;
Greets visitors amicably, handles customers courteously and facilitates their needs without delay;
Compiles statistical data and applies MIS entries;
Forwards instructions, messages, reminders and circulars from the Auto Business Unit Manager’s Office to concerned work units;
Operates and handles facsimile and internet communications;
Checks out stationery and other supplies from the store and distributes same among the staff;
Keeps the confidentiality of office information;
Ensures the efficient handling and safe keeping of office machines and equipment;
Performs other related duties as required.
From recognized college/TVET Level IV /10+3/ diploma in Secretarial Science and Office Management/ Office Administration & Secretarial Technology/Secretarial Science and 4 years related work experience
