  1. Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans aligned with company goals.
  2. Manage and optimize digital campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
  3. Oversee content creation and strategy for websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and other digital channels.
  4. Analyze data and performance metrics to measure effectiveness and ROI of campaigns; prepare reports for stakeholders.
  5. Manage social media accounts, ensuring consistent branding and engagement.
  6. Coordinate with creative teams to produce engaging content and visuals.
  7. Stay current with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
  8. Manage digital marketing budget and allocate resources effectively.
  9. Lead and mentor the digital marketing team to foster professional growth.

  12. Independently manage omnichannel digital marketing campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Telegram, etc.), from creative planning to execution and optimization, ensuring high ROI and user growth.
  13. Manage and optimize daily posts and campaigns across digital channels including social media (Meta, TikTok, Telegram, etc.) and Influencer Marketing.
  14. Lead TikTok and other platform content creation, designing original videos and interactive campaigns based on Ethiopian cultural trends, user behavior, and platform dynamics.
  15. Craft localized brand storytelling to boost engagement and community loyalty on platforms like Instagram and TikTok.
  16. Develop and execute digital go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new product and model launches.
  17. Plan content calendars and oversee their execution in collaboration with the Marketing team.
  18. Influencer Marketing & Partnership Management
  19. Identify and collaborate with Ethiopian KOLs, content creators, and agencies to foster long-term partnerships and drive localized co-created content and word-of-mouth marketing.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PPT, outlook).

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • A strong work ethic and a commitment to meeting deadlines.

  • Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships

  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales

  • Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills

  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills

  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs

  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration or business field with 5 to 8 years’ experience in DM Manager roles, demonstrating a strong understanding of Marketing Strategy and practices, & out of which 2 or 3 years must be on similar Digital Marketing Manager position;
