Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Logistics Operation Assistant to support our logistics team in coordinating and managing daily operations. The ideal candidate will assist in ensuring the smooth flow of goods and services, maintain accurate records, and communicate effectively with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in tracking and monitoring transportation, deliveries, and inventory levels.
• Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Prepare and process documents, invoices and payment requests
• Maintain accurate records of all logistics activities and transactions.
• Support inventory management activities, including stock counting and reporting.
• Help organize transportation schedules and optimize routes where applicable.
• Resolve logistics-related issues and problems as needed.
• Assist in implementing and improving logistics processes and procedures.
• Support the team in ad hoc administrative duties related to logistics operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Tour and travel or related field preferred.
• Prior experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Automotive skill is a plus including driving license

Work Environment:

• This role may involve working in an office setting with occasional visits to warehouses or remote camps. Flexibility to handle urgent tasks and adapt to changing priorities is important.

• 2 years and above
