Position Overview / Scope of Role

The Executive Director – Corporate Shared Services is a core executive leadership position responsible for designing, managing, and continuously optimizing the centralized functions that support the operational engine of OVID Holding. This role governs and integrates key enterprise support areas including Human Resources, Finance Operations, Legal, Information Technology, Procurement, and Facilities Management. Reporting directly to the Group CEO, this leader ensures that shared services are strategically aligned with Vision 2030, operationally scalable, cost-effective, and capable of supporting diverse business units across the Group. The Executive Director acts as the orchestrator of enterprise-wide support systems, embedding process efficiency, digital transformation, and service quality into the heart of OVID Holding’s performance model.

Top Roles and Responsibilities

Strategic Design & Operating Model Leadership

  • Develop and implement a unified corporate shared services model across all business units of OVID Holding.

  • Define and enforce clear service level agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators (KPIs), and delivery expectations for each function.

  • Align shared services governance with strategic projects, enterprise risk, and compliance frameworks.

Operational Efficiency & Service Optimization

  • Streamline and automate workflows in HR, finance operations, procurement, and IT systems through modern platforms.

  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives and implement business process reengineering across shared service functions.

  • Monitor budget adherence, headcount efficiency, and cost-saving measures to enhance productivity without compromising quality.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Enterprise Support

  • Act as a strategic partner to subsidiaries, ensuring tailored support while maintaining standardized service protocols.

  • Work closely with executive leaders, project teams, and business units to resolve operational bottlenecks and enable delivery.

  • Champion back-office excellence during company-wide rollouts (e.g., ERP, payroll, compliance programs, digital tools).

Talent Development & Culture Building

  • Build and mentor a high-performing cross-functional shared services team aligned with company values and strategic intent.

  • Lead talent development programs, succession planning, and upskilling initiatives across all service functions.

  • Foster a service-oriented culture driven by collaboration, accountability, innovation, and excellence.

Compliance, Risk & Contract Oversight

  • Ensure legal, tax, and regulatory compliance across all departments under the shared services model.

  • Partner with internal audit and risk management to develop strong internal controls and governance frameworks.

  • Oversee vendor relationships, service contracts, and procurement integrity across the shared service functions.

  • Perform other related duties as directed by the Group CEO.

Key Interfaces & Collaboration

  • Internal: Group CEO, CFO, CHR, CTO, CCO, Executive Directors, PMO, Strategy

  • External: Vendors, Legal Counsels, IT Partners, Compliance Authorities, Professional Bodies

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field (Required)

  • Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership, MBA, or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Minimum of 15 years of leadership experience in corporate services, shared services, or enterprise operations

  • Proven track record of leading transformation in a multi-entity, matrixed organization

  • Demonstrated success in process standardization, ERP implementation, and shared services optimization

Critical Criteria / Skills to Be Successful in This Role:

  • Deep understanding of back-office operations, organizational design, and service excellence

  • Leadership experience in at least three or more key service domains (e.g., HR, Finance, IT, Procurement)

  • Ability to develop and enforce SLAs, KPIs, and service delivery benchmarks

  • Strong knowledge of change management, digital enablement, and enterprise risk mitigation

  • Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and executive communication skills

  • Group-wide cost savings from centralized services

  • SLA adherence and service delivery satisfaction ratings

  • % of workflows automated or digitized

  • Operational turnaround time improvements across service functions
