Job Summary:
We are looking for process-oriented individual who can translate strategic goals into measurable outcomes, and communicate findings to senior leadership. Strategy & Research Analyst will be a key driver in shaping our company's strategic direction, with a specific focus on operational efficiency and performance management. This role involves conducting comprehensive market and business research, analyzing data to find actionable insights, and playing a central role in the development and tracking of OKRs. The candidate will be a highly analytical and process-oriented individual who can translate strategic goals into measurable outcomes, and communicate findings to senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth research on market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices. Use this research to inform and support the development of our long-term business strategies.
- Lead the implementation and ongoing management of the company's OKR framework. Collaborate with department heads to define, align, and track Objectives and Key Results that are directly tied to our strategic goals.
- Regularly monitoring performance against OKRs, analyzing variances, and preparing detailed reports for leadership on progress and roadblocks.
- Analyse current business processes to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks. Develop and propose data-driven solutions to improve operational workflows, reduce costs, and enhance overall productivity.
- Gather and interpret data from various internal and external sources. Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations that clearly communicate performance against OKRs, research findings, and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic initiatives and OKRs are aligned and progressing as planned.
- Identify potential risks associated with strategies and processes, and develop mitigation plans.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business administration, or related field.
Experience: at least 1 year of experience in a strategic role, research analysis, or market research, with hands-on experience in process optimization and OKR.
Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
- Proven experience with performance management systems, specifically OKR methodology.
- Familiarity with process mapping and improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a significant advantage.
Soft Skills:
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data and concepts to diverse audiences.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
