Main Duties and Responsibilities
Under the immediate supervision of the Chief, Holding Talent Management and OD Officer, the Senior Holding Talent Acquisition Management Officer I, is responsible for implementing policies and strategies to attract, recruit and retain top talent for the company; overseeing the entire recruitment process and ensuing a positive candidate experience.
Detail Duties and Responsibilities
Conducts training needs assessment to identify areas where employees require development
Participates in developing talent acquisition strategies aligned with the company’s goals and business needs; implements same after approval;
Contributes to the development and implementation of succession planning programs
Identifies and addresses staffing needs both current and future;
Leads employer branding initiatives to attract top talent;
Manages the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, hiring and on boarding;
Develops and maintains strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers;
Collaborates with managers and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for talent development initiatives;
Keeps abreast of current trends and best practices in talent development and learning development;
Provides mentoring and coaching to employees to support their development career progression;
Communicates effectively with employees about training opportunities and development plans;
Evaluates the effectiveness of training programs and development initiatives and makes recommendations for improvement;
Participates in the preparation of budgets for training and development activities;
Prepares periodic reports on areas of responsibility;
Ensures a positive and efficient candidate experience throughout the recruitment process;
Tracks key recruitment metrics and analyzes data to identify areas for improvement;
Administers the implementation of performance management, incentive and reward system of the Company;
Coordinates the proper implementation and provision of benefits, allowances and medical services to employees of the Company in accordance with the regulation enforce;
Provides service in documenting and maintaining an appropriate, consolidated, coordinated and comprehensive set of personnel policies and procedures;
Handles employee grievances, disciplinary issues and other administrative problems in accordance with HR policies and consults with legal advisor on staff court cases;
Follows up that employees leave is calculated and is administered as per the prepared schedule, that all leave balance is recorded and all absenteeism are dealt with;
Collects and compiles employee performance evaluation reports received from each department; analyses and reports evaluation outcome;
Ensures that the HR policies, procedures and guidelines are implemented and regularly updated with the approval of the management;
Maintains records and compiles statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals and absenteeism rates;
Presents exit interview summary, analysis and recommendations to top management for information and further action;
Prepares periodic reports on areas of responsibility;
Performs all other related duties assigned by immediate supervisor.
Competencies: Strong organizational skills, ability to work under pressure, proficiency in English (for correspondence), and good communication skills.
From recognized university/college second degree or First degree in Management/ Business Administration/ Business Management/ Human Resource Management/ Personnel Management/ Public Administration or other relevant field of study.
6 years related work experience, out of which 2 years in supervisory/senior expertise position/s for MSC and 8 years related work experience, out of which 3 years in supervisory/senior expertise position/s for BSc
