Job Title: Content Writer

Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia

Job Purpose

To craft clear, persuasive, and engaging content that supports digital marketing, editorial communications, exhibitor outreach, and event documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Write website copy, blogs, speaker bios, exhibitor success stories, and email campaigns.
• Draft content for social media, brochures, event programs, show dailies, and newsletters.
• Work with creative and marketing teams to create compelling promotional narratives.
• Ensure tone, style, and language consistency across materials.
• Conduct interviews and gather testimonials for storytelling.
• Maintain an updated content bank and editorial calendar.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in English, Journalism, or Communications.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in content creation, preferably in events or B2B marketing.

Key Skills

• Strong writing, research, and editing skills.
• Understanding of audience segmentation and content targeting.
• Familiarity with SEO and content management platforms.
• Deadline-oriented with a clear grasp of brand voice.
