The Director of Strategic Planning and Performance is responsible for leading the design, execution, and coordination of long-term strategic planning and performance management across Gift Business Group and its sister companies. This role leads Corporate Planning Performance monitoring and strategic Business development, Business model innovation and cross functional initiatives aligned with the Group’s 5-10 Year Vision , ensures that each Group Company operates under a unified strategic direction and that performance against key objectives is consistently monitored, evaluated, and improved. The Director will work closely with executive management and GMs of all Gift Group Companies to ensure strategic coherence, performance tracking, and transformation readiness across the Group.
Education
- Master’s degree in Strategic Management, Business Administration (MBA), Economics, Development Studies, or related fields.
- Additional certification in Performance Management, Monitoring & Evaluation, or Project Management is an advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, in strategy development, corporate planning, including or business development , with at least at least 5 years in a leadership role in strategic planning or performance management.
- Proven experience with corporate planning frameworks and performance measurement systems.
- Experience working in multi-subsidiary or group environments is highly desirable.
- Strong background in investment analysis, feasibility studies, and growth strategy implementation.
- Prior exposure to real estate, construction, manufacturing, or trading sectors is advantageous.

- Strong analytical, facilitation, and executive reporting skills
- Familiarity with M&E tools and enterprise planning software
- Excellent presentation, communication, and documentation skills
- High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and strategic reporting tools
