Role Summary

As BD Head, you will lead, inspire, and coordinate our dynamic Business Development team. You will translate EASE’s strategic direction into actionable business development goals, build a culture of accountability and performance, and ensure the team operates in alignment with company growth targets. This role requires leadership through influence, structured team guidance, and the ability to foster a solution-driven and technically aligned BD function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach the BD team (senior and junior staff) to deliver consistent, high-quality business development outcomes.

  • Ensure structured pipeline management: track leads, monitor consultant engagement, and maintain visibility on project acquisition cycles.

  • Align BD activities with company strategy—translate vision into targets, KPIs, and tactical actions.

  • Oversee preparation of commercial proposals, bid documentation, and client-facing materials in collaboration with technical team.

  • Coordinate weekly reports and monthly team performance evaluations.

  • Support strategic expansion efforts across regions and new service lines.

  • Foster strong consultant relationships and champion market trust in EASE’s engineering capabilities.

  • Liaise with the Marketing team to ensure synchronized outreach and brand positioning.

  • Lead complex negotiations and decision-making processes to secure new business opportunities.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field (MBA or postgrad degree is a plus).

  • Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in business development, partnerships, or strategy—ideally in construction, real estate, or infrastructure.

  • Proven experience managing teams, structuring BD pipelines, and aligning operations with strategic growth.

  • Strong communication, emotional intelligence, and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • High proficiency in documentation, reporting, and CRM tools.
