We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional innovation initiatives across Komari. This role demands strategic thinking, deep expertise in project management, and a strong understanding of market dynamics in the beverage industry. The Senior Project Manager will drive high-impact projects from concept to commercialization, ensuring alignment with Komari’s brand vision and growth strategy.

To lead and optimize the execution of strategic innovation projects by integrating market insights, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring the timely delivery of consumer-centric products. The Senior Project Manager plays a pivotal role in translating strategic priorities into tangible outcomes, fostering collaboration, and driving continuous improvement across the innovation pipeline.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Strategic Project Leadership

• Lead high-priority innovation projects with significant business impact
• Translate strategic goals into actionable project plans and execution roadmaps
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior project managers and coordinators

Product Development Oversight

• Oversee the full product development lifecycle, ensuring technical feasibility, consumer relevance, and commercial viability
• Review and approve product briefs, specifications, and trial protocols
• Champion cross-functional collaboration across R&D, Marketing, Production, and Supply Chain

Market Insight Integration

• Guide the integration of market research and consumer insights into product strategy
• Evaluate category trends, competitive activity, and consumer feedback to inform innovation direction
• Collaborate with research partners to design and interpret advanced consumer studies

Project Governance & Risk Management

• Develop and manage detailed project trackers, Gantt charts, and milestone dashboards
• Lead governance meetings, ensuring alignment, accountability, and timely decision-making
• Identify and mitigate risks, resolving bottlenecks through proactive stakeholder engagement

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

• Serve as the primary point of contact for senior leadership on innovation project status
• Prepare and present executive-level updates, dashboards, and strategic recommendations
• Ensure transparent and effective communication across all project stakeholders

Documentation & Continuous Improvement

• Ensure all project documentation is complete, accurate, and audit-ready
• Capture lessons learned and implement best practices to enhance future project execution
• Contribute to the development of innovation frameworks, tools, and templates

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Marketing, Business, Project Management, or a related field 

• 5–8 years of experience in project management, product development, or innovation leadership within the FMCG or beverage industry

• Proven experience with project tracking and management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Monday.com, Trello, advanced Excel/Google Sheets).

• Strong organizational skills with an exceptional ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing demands.

• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.

• A strong passion for consumer-centric innovation, market trends, and the beverage industry.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex data and insights into actionable plans.

• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a highly collaborative team.
