Key Responsibilities:

• Assist lead teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons aligned with the Cambridge curriculum.
• Support students in developing their academic, social, and emotional skills through individualized attention and group activities.
• Prepare and organize teaching materials, resources, and classroom displays.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to lead teachers to support personalized learning.
• Supervise students during breaks, extracurricular activities, and school events to ensure their safety and well-being.
• Foster a positive, respectful, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages creativity and collaboration.
• Collaborate with lead teachers, parents, and school staff to enhance the overall learning experience.
• Participate in professional development opportunities and school initiatives.
• Teaching Amharic Language.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Development, or a related field (or equivalent certification).
• Experience in supporting the Cambridge curriculum or an international school environment is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is required; additional languages are a plus.
• Patience, adaptability, and a passion for nurturing young learners in a multicultural setting.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
