Job Overview:
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Learning Assistant to support our classroom teachers and students. The Learning Assistant will play a vital role in helping students with their learning activities, supporting classroom management, and ensuring that the classroom runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Main Teacher with lesson preparation, classroom activities, and student supervision
• Support individual students or small groups in their learning activities
• Help manage classroom materials and maintain an organized classroom environment
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to the Main Teacher
• Support children’s social and emotional development by fostering a positive and nurturing classroom culture
• Assist with administrative tasks and ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Education or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Previous experience working with young children is a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Fluency in both English and Amharic is preferred
