• Receive finished products and store in a safe place to keep up their quality until dispatched.

• Prepares report of quantities of finished goods received from production and complete daily counts to verify the accuracy.

• Maintains an accurate inventory of finished goods to enable correct decision making on reliable data.

• Stock finished goods in assigned locations while adjusting locations as needed for ease of accessibility. 

• Organizes the finished goods in the store according to the proper storage conditions of each for ease issuing and safety.

• Secure all the finished goods in the store and assure the security of the store from damage.

• Facilitates in loading and unloading trucks for prompt delivery and to assure proper amount and requested items are loaded.

• Keeps warehouse neat, orderly manner, and organized to keep up standards and ease of accessibility.

• Prepares periodic performance reports and submit to immediate supervisor.

• Performs other similar duties assigned by immediate supervisor.

• Education :-   Diploma/TVET level 4 management. Procurement/purchasing
• Experience :- 4 years
