Job Summary

This role is responsible for handling the organization’s marketing and promotion related activities with great enthusiasm and having the knowledge of relevant marketing techniques and principles. The duties will include providing ongoing design solutions and closely monitoring the performance of branding and marketing programs. Additionally, he or she is in charge of creating concepts, visual layouts, and product logos in accordance with the brand guidelines.

Proficiency and skills

Video editing, photo editing and graphics design . Well familiar with video and photo editing and graphic design tools and soft wares. Who can use Artificial intelligence (AI) when deemed necessary.

Additional Skills:

Demonstrable graphic design skills.
Ability to design info/motion graphic/animations/interactive ads is an added advantage.
Photography or Videography skills would also be an added advantage.
Expertise in design software including Adobe tools.

Responsibility & Tasks

Rough layouts of artwork and prose that consider arrangement, scale, type size and style, and associated aesthetic principles serve as conceptual illustrations.
Excellent social media engagement skills (Canva a must, Adobe a plus)
Design brand identity systems, packaging, graphics, and campaigns with proficiency in both print and digital spaces

Proof of work

Who can present proof of work/samples of the past experience.

Required qualifications

Academic & Professional Qualification

Diploma and/ Training Certificate in Video Camera, Photography, Videography (Adobe Photoshop, illustrator and in design) from TVET/ College.

Experience:

At least 3 years’ relevant experience in video editing ,photo editing and/ graphics design.
Photography/ Videography skill is advantageous.
