About the Role

We’re looking for a Junior Digital Marketing professional to join our growing team. This role is a great opportunity for students, fresh graduates, or early-career professionals who want to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing. The position can be structured as either a full-time paid internship or a part-time employment role, depending on your availability.

You’ll be actively involved in shaping our online presence by editing engaging videos, scheduling content, and managing our online community.                                 Key Responsibilities

• Video Editing: Edit and video content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook & Telegram).
• Content Scheduling: Upload and schedule posts across different platforms using tools such as Meta Business Suite or similar.
• Community Management: Monitor comments and direct messages, reply in a timely and professional manner, and help foster a positive online community.
• Content Support: Assist in creating captions, basic graphics, and ensuring all content aligns with our brand voice.
• Reporting & Insights: Track engagement metrics and share feedback with the team to optimize future content.

Requirements

• Short form video editing skills (Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar).
• Interest in digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented attitude.
• Familiarity with major social platforms & Trends (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook).
• Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines.
• Previous experience with video editing.
• Experience in content creation, social media management, or community engagement is a plus but not required.
