The Senior Innovation Officer (SIO) is the organization’s lead catalyst for innovation, responsible for defining and executing strategies that drive sustainable growth, digital transformation, and lasting competitive advantage. The SIO identifies emerging opportunities that align with the company’s strategic goals, fosters a culture of creativity, leads cross-functional teams, governs the innovation portfolio, and converts ideas into measurable business outcomes bridging creative insight with disciplined execution to make innovation a core engine of long-term success.

• BA/BSc/MBA/MA/MSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Marketing Management, Entrepreneurship or related fields of studies 
• 7/5 years of relevant work experience out of which 2 years in officer position
