Job Overview

We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Junior Accountant (Female) to join our finance team. The role focuses on payroll management, financial record-keeping, and ensuring accuracy in accounting operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting principles, hands-on payroll experience, and the ability to support the company’s financial processes with precision and reliability.
 

Salary: Gross 15,000 – 17,000 ETB

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time.

• Maintain up-to-date employee payroll records and related documentation.

• Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.

• Perform reconciliations, journal entries, and general ledger maintenance.

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

• Support daily accounting operations and other finance-related tasks.

Requirements

• BA degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant accounting experience, with direct payroll handling.

• Strong knowledge of accounting systems and Microsoft Office (Excel proficiency required).

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Professional, reliable, and attentive to detail.
