Job Objective: Conduct comprehensive internal audits to ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures, regulatory frameworks, and industry best practices. Plan and execute internal audit engagements in accordance with professional standards by assessing the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and compliance systems; and delivering high-quality audit reports and follow-up actions that support organizational governance, accountability, and operational efficiency.

• Plans the objectives, scope, and methodologies of the audit and prepares an audit program.
• Plan the objectives, scope and methodology of the audit engagement and prepare an audit program in collaboration with the Senior Internal Auditor;
• Respect the professional code of conduct.
• Perform audit in a professional manner and in accordance with the approved audit program;
• Conduct an interview, survey, review document, and prepare working papers;
• Perform audit, including identifying and defining issues, developing criteria, reviewing, analysing evidence, and documenting the auditees' process and procedures;
• Identify, develop, and document audit findings and recommendations for improvement using independent judgment concerning areas being reviewed

• Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting or other Business-related fields. With 4 years of  banking experience as a Junior Auditor
