Key Responsibilities:

Pick up and deliver packages, parcels, and documents to customers within assigned areas or routes.

Ensure timely delivery according to the daily schedule and service standards.

Verify recipient information and obtain signatures or proof of delivery as required.

Maintain a delivery log and update delivery status using mobile applications or manual systems.

Inspect and maintain the motorcycle, ensuring it's always in safe working condition.

Follow company protocols for handling urgent, fragile, or high-value items.

Communicate effectively with the dispatch team regarding delays, delivery issues, or customer feedback.

Adhere to all road safety regulations, traffic laws, and company safety policies.

Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times.

Provide excellent customer service and represent the company positively during interactions.

Valid motorcycle driving license.

Proven experience as a delivery rider or in a similar role.

Good knowledge of local roads, areas, and traffic patterns.

Ability to use navigation apps and mobile delivery tracking systems.

Basic communication skills (verbal and written).

Physically fit and able to lift and carry packages.

Punctual, responsible, and customer-oriented.
