The Corporate Customer Relationship Manager-INTERNAL will be responsible for managing relationships with existing corporate clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns they may have. This role will involve overseeing account management activities, analysing customer feedback, developing strategies to improve customer satisfaction, and collaborating with other departments to meet client needs.

Master’s Degree/BA Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting or other Business-related fields with 4/6 years of banking operation experience, of which 2 years as a senior officer role in the branch banking area.
