Job Summary: To obtain a Junior position in Remittance and Cross-Border Management where I can apply my analytical skills, attention to detail, and foundational knowledge of international payments to support efficient transaction processing and contribute to seamless global financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily processing of remittance transactions (both inward and outward).

• Monitor and reconcile remittance settlements and ensure timely resolution of any discrepancies.

• Liaise with correspondent banks, money transfer operators, and internal departments.

• Assist in onboarding new remittance partners and maintaining up-to-date partner documentation.

• Ensure all remittance transactions are conducted in compliance with regulations.

• Generate and maintain regular reports related to remittance volumes, fees, and partner performance.

• Provide support in resolving customer and partner inquiries or complaints regarding remittance issues.

• Assist in the implementation of new remittance channels, products, and services.

• If remittance volumes are low, the Junior Officer will also assist other teams, such as the Import and Export team, with outgoing transaction tasks and related operational support.

Qualification & Experience

• B.A Degree in Economics, Management, Accounting or other Business-related fields. 

• Experience: 1 year of work as a bank trainee, IFB will be advantageous. 

Professional / Technical Skills:

Basic Knowledge of

• International remittance systems 
• Cross-border payment regulations 
• Foreign exchange procedures and settlement processes.
