\·Procurement Assistant

 § Documentation follow-up

o Track and organize procurement-related documents (PFI’s, POs, contracts, delivery notes,

etc.)

o Ensure completeness and accuracy of documentation before submission for approval

o Maintain digital and physical filing systems for procurement records.

§ Market Assessment

o Conduct basic market research to identify potential suppliers and price benchmarks

o Assist in preparing comparative analysis reports for procurement decisions

o Monitor market trends and provide input on cost-effective sourcing

§ Payment Coordination

o Liaise with the finance department to follow up on vendor payments

o Ensure timely submission of payment requests with complete supporting documents

o Track payment status and update vendors accordingly

§ Administrative Support

o Support the team in drafting procurement correspondence and reports

o Help manage supplier databases and update contact information regularly

o Resolves issues/problems related to delivered goods, including discrepancies between purchase orders and items/quantities shipped, received or damaged goods received.

FG Store-Keeper Intern

• Count daily finished goods produced and transferred to store

• Count daily products transferred from store for shipment 

• Count daily finished goods returned from the market shipped for sales

• Participate on daily counting with Accountants and keep goods honestly

• Follow up on cheese production ITV and traceability

• Put on proper place and feasible amount of finished goods

• Record daily FGTV, SRV, IDTV, ISTV and ITV and stoke card without error

• Work together with the team and other departments

• Keep confidentiality for confidential information's

• Other tasks as needed

• BA in Supply Chain& Logistics or related feild
