Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and people-focused HR Manager with 4–8 years of professional experience in human resources. The successful candidate will oversee HR operations, implement best practices, and serve as a strategic partner to management. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, knowledge of labor laws, and the ability to foster a positive workplace culture that aligns with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding.
- Partner with leadership to identify staffing needs and drive talent acquisition strategies.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Oversee compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives to build a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Manage training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance improvement.
- Conduct periodic HR audits, ensuring data accuracy and policy compliance.
- Generate HR reports and analytics to support business decisions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related matters.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree or HR certification such as SHRM, CIPD, or PHR is an advantage).
- 4–8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor law, and compliance requirements.
- Experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational development.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and high emotional intelligence.
