• Plans, organizes, schedules and coordinates all the business development and new business initiation activities. 

• Coordinates and supervises activities of business development initiatives throughout the company (factories/ business units/ departments.

• Closely works with the research and market development units to identify new business and potential markets for new or existing products or services.

• Prepares a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.

• Identifies unsatisfied needs and wants of customers and potential customers and change the gap into new business.

• Conducts feasibility studies and provides advisory services to management.

• Suggests new products/service or areas that need improvement.

• Gather and selects sources of information to determine market characteristics, measurement of market potentials and market share analysis.

• Monitors profitability and performance of existing products and services.

• Coordinates and integrates all efforts aimed at delivering the required product/service.

• Performs other related duties as may be assigned by the Department Director.

• BA Degree in Management and other related fields
• 8 years experience
