We are looking for a young, energetic & passionate "Warehouse Assistant". Join Us!      

Who is generally responsible for maintaining and overseeing inventory and supplies by receiving, storing, and delivering items. Warehouse Assistant is responsible for ensuring the highest quality of the work and maximizing productivity of our warehouse.

Job Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick product quantities or store product in assigned locations
• Assemble containers and maintain supplies in an organized manner
• Effectively communicate with associates and display teamwork in completing task assignments
• Maintain inventory integrity and product safety at all times
• Follow all established standard operating procedures for given task areas
• Accurately sort, label, and store picked product safely in containers or on pallet
• Participate in associate meetings and communicate any concerns to management
• Perform all job duties in accordance with Metropolitan standards and adhere to all policies, rules, regulations, and procedures set by the organization
• Maintain proper housekeeping standards in work area
• Regular, reliable, predictable attendance
• Verify markings and assigned numbers on materials and items.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents.
• Check quality and condition of items before entering and while in warehouse.
• Keep the warehouse premises clean and neat.
• Perform physical verification of inventory.
• Maintain, manage and update inventory controls.
• Implement safety procedures and standards in a warehouse.
• Design and implement best practices in warehouse operations.

Required Qualifications

Education:-Bachelor’s degree in business, management, logistics or a related field preferred

Experience:-2 Years Previous Experience in a Related Field .

Required Skills

• Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations and management.
• Time management skills and the ability to delegate.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software.
