Job Purpose:

The Senior Management Systems Expert will lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the company’s management systems, ensuring operational efficiency, compliance, and alignment with strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop, implement, and maintain management systems across departments, including ISO standards, operational procedures, and internal controls.
2. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of management systems, identifying areas for improvement.
3. Support senior management in strategic planning and performance monitoring.
4. Conduct training and capacity-building programs for staff on management systems and best practices.
5. Ensure regulatory compliance and alignment with industry standards.
6. Lead or participate in audits and inspections, ensuring documentation and corrective actions are in place.
7. Prepare and present management reports on system performance and improvements.

Education Requirements 

 (Second Degree): From a recognized university/college with a Second Degree in Economics / Agricultural Economics / Development Economics / Agricultural Resource Economics and Management / Management / Business Administration / MIS / Industrial Engineering / MSc Quality and Productivity or in other related field of study.

(First Degree): From a recognized university/college with a First Degree in Economics / Agricultural Economics / Development Economics / Agricultural Resource Economics and Management / Management / Business Administration / MIS / Industrial Engineering / MSc In Quality and Productivity (Kaizen) or in other related field of study.

Inferred Required Skills/Expertise Areas:

1. Management Systems Expertise: The core function of the role, implying knowledge of system design, implementation, auditing, and continuous improvement (e.g., Quality Management Systems, Integrated Management Systems).
2. Economic and Financial Analysis: Knowledge from degrees like Economics, Agricultural Economics, and Development Economics.
3. Business Administration & Management: Skills in planning, organizing, leading, and controlling business operations.
4. Resource Management: Expertise related to Agricultural Resource Economics and Management.
