We are seeking a Key Account Specialist to support the management and growth of strategic customer relationships. The role involves ensuring customer satisfaction, smooth communication, accurate order execution, and the achievement of sales and revenue targets.
Knowledge of Chinese is highly advantageous, as the role will often engage with Chinese partners and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

? Account Management
•    Serve as the main contact for assigned key customers.
•    Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
•    Understand customer needs, business models, and buying behavior.

? Sales & Growth
•    Support in achieving sales targets and growth objectives.
•    Identify new business opportunities and upselling possibilities.
•    Assist marketing in developing account-specific promotions.

? Order & Service Coordination
•    Ensure timely processing and follow-up of orders.
•    Track deliveries and resolve customer concerns effectively.
•    Provide multilingual support for order communication.

? Data & Reporting
•    Maintain accurate sales and customer activity records.
•    Prepare regular reports on performance, customer satisfaction, and competitor activity.
•    Support translation of key reports/documents when needed.

? Cross-Functional Collaboration
•    Work with Finance on payment follow-up and credit issues.
•    Coordinate with Supply Chain for product availability.
•    Support management in negotiations with international clients.
 

• Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration,  Marketing, or a related field 

• A Master’s degree or relevant certifications in Sales Management will be an added advantage.

Experience:

• Experience: At least 3 years of outdoor sales, Key account Management   preferably in FMCG, cement, or construction materials Real-estate sales .

• Industry Knowledge: Understanding of cement distribution, construction sector, and retail sales.
