Job Overview: This position is responsible for the execution and optimization of overall digital marketing activities in the Ethiopian market, with a focus on promoting online brand communication, social media operations, and digital advertising to enhance brand awareness and influence in the local market and support sales growth and brand building goals.

Main job responsibilities: -

Digital Marketing Execution

• Based on the brand's annual marketing strategy, assist the DM manager in developing and executing online marketing (including social media, content marketing, online promotional activities, KOL collaborations, etc.).
• Responsible for online campaign execution ( Meta Ads , Google Ads, etc.), and regularly monitoring campaign performance and proposing optimization solutions.
• Support the Digital Marketing Manager in developing and implementing online marketing strategies based on the brand’s annual plan.
• Execute digital campaigns across platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads) and monitor performance regularly, providing optimization recommendations

Content and Creative Management

• Create locally relevant digital content (videos, short films, images, text, challenges) that reflects brand positioning and Ethiopian culture.
• Collaborate with designers, photographers, and production teams to ensure content aligns with brand tone and has viral potential.

KOLs and Media Collaboration

• Plan and manage partnerships with local Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and content creators.
• Build relationships with local media and digital platforms to expand brand reach.
• Oversee budgets, contracts, and settlement processes for collaborations.

Teamwork and Brand Consistency

• Coordinate with marketing, retail, and channel teams to align digital efforts with sales goals.
• Ensure all marketing activities reflect brand image and global communication strategy.
• Support the digital promotion of offline events such as product launches and retail campaigns.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Advertising, or related fields.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in digital marketing (experience in consumer electronics, mobile phones, or FMCG is preferred).
• Proficient in managing and advertising on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, and YouTube.
• Strong skills in data analysis and report writing.
• Fluent in English.
• Creative thinker with strong execution skills and the ability to coordinate cross-functional resources effectively.
