• Plan, coordinate, and monitor the movement of goods, materials, and equipment.

• Ensure timely and efficient delivery to meet organizational or project needs.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.

• Oversee storage, handling, and distribution of materials in warehouses.

• Source and purchase necessary goods and services.

• Evaluate supplier performance, negotiate contracts, and maintain strong vendor relationships.

• Arrange and track the transportation of goods.

• Optimise routes and delivery schedules to reduce costs and improve efficiency.

• Prepare and maintain accurate shipping, inventory, and customs documentation.

• Generate logistics performance and cost analysis reports for management.

• Ensure all logistics activities comply with company policies, safety standards, and legal regulations.

• Monitor handling of hazardous or sensitive materials where applicable.
