Job Summary

The Senior Store Keeper plays a pivotal role in the comprehensive management of inventory and materials within the store or warehouse. This position ensures the efficient and accurate handling of goods from receiving through storage, issuance, and dispatch.

Qualifications:

Education: 

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Warehouse Operations, or a related field is highly preferred.

Experience:

• 3 - 5 years of progressive experience in storekeeping, warehouse operations, or inventory management.
• Demonstrated experience with ERP/WMS (Enterprise Resource Planning/Warehouse Management System) software.

Skills:

Technical:

• Strong understanding of inventory control principles and best practices.
• Proficiency in using ERP/WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Forklift operation certification (or ability to obtain one) is often required.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a warehouse environment.
