• Collect and consolidate customer financing profiles from branches and financing units.

• Ensure accuracy and consistency of data submitted to the Credit Reference Bureau (CRB).

• Regularly update credit limits, repayment behaviour, and classification status.

• Prepare and submit monthly credit reports to the National Bank of Ethiopia (NBE) according to the regulatory requirements.

• Respond to data accuracy queries or correction requests from the CRB or NBE.

• Ensure full compliance with the Bank’s internal credit information reporting policy.

• Provide up-to-date credit history and exposure status to appraisal and risk departments upon request.

• Monitor changes in borrowers’ risk classifications and support timely decision-making.

• Assist with internal audits or regulatory examinations related to credit data.

• Collaborate with IT and financing teams to automate and enhance credit information flow.

• Maintain confidentiality and security of customer data in line with regulatory standards.

• Address data mismatch issues and coordinate resolutions with external authorities.

• B.A Degree in Accounting, Economics, Management, Information Systems and related fields.

• Relevant experience in credit administration, collections, or follow-up activities in banking with 3 years & above banking experience.
