Aha Psychological Center is seeking a dynamic and innovative Training coordinator to support the growth of our professional development, digital training, and organizational capacity-building initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential short-term training areas based on market needs
• Identify marketable CPD (Continuing Professional Development) areas
• Develop concept notes and technical proposals to secure project funding and partnerships
• Sign MOUs with government bodies and other key stakeholders
• Secure relevant licenses for training and capacity-building activities
• Develop training portfolios and curriculum frameworks
• Promote training services to organizations and the public using all major social media platforms
• Lead the digitalization of training packages, including creating training videos and audio products for client purchase
• Craft customized trainings for targeted groups (e.g., company teams, schools, executives, higher officials)

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Psychology, Sociology, Project Management, or related fields
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in training development, CPD coordination, or capacity-building roles
• Proven experience in designing training curricula, frameworks, and concept notes
• Strong understanding of CPD accreditation processes, licensing procedures, and partnership development
• Demonstrated ability to work with government institutions, NGOs, and private organizations
• Experience in developing digital training products (videos, audio, e-learning modules) is highly desirable
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to design and deliver customized trainings for diverse groups
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
