Required Number: 01This hybrid role combines clinical care with strategic digital outreach and patient engagement. The GP will provide primary healthcare services while leading digital and telemarketing initiatives to enhance patient acquisition, retention, and satisfaction.

Design and execute digital health campaigns Knowledge on social media management, Video production and editing content writings (SMS, email, social media)

• Manage telemarketing outreach for appointment reminders, follow-ups, and health promotions
• Analyze patient engagement metrics and optimize outreach strategies
• Collaborate with IT and marketing teams to improve digital patient experience
• Develop content for online platforms (blogs, health tips, video messages)
• Resolve patient complaints and feedback efficiently
• Monitor patient satisfaction scores and implement service improvements and handling customer complaints and friendly approach

Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with valid license to practice in Ethiopia and only female applicants are encouraged, 0 years and above experience 

Skill:-High digital/ social media platforms managing and graphics designing skill is advantageous
