Ethiopian Midwives Association (EMwA) was established in 1992. The primary goal of the organization is to contribute towards the reduction of maternal, neonatal, and child morbidity and mortality and improve quality of reproductive health services at the grassroots level in Ethiopia. 

Ethiopian Midwives Association /EMwA/ would like to invite eligible Audit Firms categorized as Grade “A”  and who are on the approved list of the Accounting and Auditing Board of Ethiopia (AABE)   to conduct a financial statement audit of its accounts for period January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025

Interested Bidders who wish to submit their bid proposal shall fulfill the following: 

• Financial proposals should include professional fees, VAT and other costs separately. Price offers must be submitted in local currency - Ethiopian Birr (ETB) with VAT and Price (net of VAT) expressed distinctively. Original and copy of the price proposal shall separately enclosed in different envelops identified by words “Original”  and  “Copy”

Technical proposals which constitutes: -

• Renewed Business License for 2018  E.C
• Renewed Professional License for the year 2018 E
• Copies of Tax Identification certificate (TIN) & Value Added Tax (VAT) certificate 
• Testimonials evidencing experience in the field in the form of recommendations from previous client
• Certified Profile of professionals to be assigned for the engagement
• Documents for Techinical proposals shall be prepared in 2 copies, Original and copy which are separately sealed in different envelops marked as “Original” and “Copy”
• All price and technical proposals are sealed together envelop in a big and deposited in the box arranged for the purpose at the Reception room within 30 consecutive days after placement of  this announcement on the Ethiojobs.
  Bidders shall collect the bid document (ToR ) from the Human Resources by paying non-returnable ETB 300 (Three Hundred Birr) and should enclose bid guaranty of 5% of the price offered in the form of CPO which shall be enclosed together with the technical proposal. Failure to comply with any one of the above stated procedure is subject for disqualification from the bid.
