The ideal candidate is someone who has strong technical accounting expertise, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to ensure the accuracy, efficiency, and compliance of our financial processes as well as support strategic financial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

● Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities.
● Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
● Ensure timely closing of financial periods with accurate reconciliations.
● Manage tax filings, statutory reporting, and regulatory compliance.
● Conduct financial analysis to support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
● Monitor internal controls and recommend improvements for efficiency and risk reduction.

● Minimum 4 years of relevant accounting experience
● Proven experience working with Peachtree Accounting Software
● Strong skills in:
● Coding and posting transactions
● Monthly bank reconciliation Tax reporting and compliance
● Preparing periodic financial reports for the Finance Manager
● high attention to detail, strong analytical ability, and good communication

skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadline
