Position Overview:

Dream Orthopedics, Trauma and Spine Center is seeking a qualified and dedicated Pharmacist. The ideal candidate should hold a BSc Degree in Pharmacy with zero (0) year or more of relevant work experience.

Key responsibilities 

• Ensure proper labeling, packaging, and instructions for use
• Monitor stock levels and prevent shortages or expiries
• Review prescriptions for accuracy, legality, and appropriateness
• Verify correct dosage, drug interactions, and contraindications
• Dispense medications in compliance with professional and legal standards
• Educate patients on medication use, dosage, side effects, and precautions
• Maintain proper storage conditions (temperature, security, segregation)
• Manage controlled and narcotic drugs according to regulations
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliation
• Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical laws, policies, and guidelines
• Report and manage medication errors and adverse drug reactions (ADRs)
• Maintain accurate records for prescriptions, dispensing, and stock
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
• Prevent loss, pilferage, and wastage

Qualifications and skills:

• BSc Degree in Pharmacy 
• Zero (0) year or more of relevant work experience.
