Role Overview

Fayda Tech Solutions is looking for a UI/UX Designer who can deliver high-quality, user-centered designs in a fast-paced product and client-driven environment. This role requires someone who can quickly translate requirements into intuitive interfaces while collaborating closely with developers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Design intuitive and visually consistent user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Translate business and functional requirements into wire frames, user flows, and high-fidelity designs.
• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate and timely design implementation.
• Iterate rapidly on designs based on feedback and changing requirements.
• Maintain and contribute to design systems and UI standards.
• Ensure usability, accessibility, and consistency across products.
• Support product demos, reviews, and handovers to development teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design for digital products.
• Strong proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Proven ability to work effectively in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, user flows, and interaction design.
• Experience designing for both web and mobile platforms.
• Ability to communicate design decisions clearly to technical teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience designing enterprise systems or complex dashboards.
• Familiarity with design systems and component-based design.
• Basic understanding of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, Flutter/React concepts).
