• Receive payments in mobile money, bank transfers, checks or cash as per company policy
• Check with the bank system or via call with bank tellers to validate and identify the genuine financial documents 
• Issue official receipts and invoices in compliance with Ethiopian tax regulations 
• Record daily sales and payments accurately in cash books or accounting systems
• Maintain custody of cash and ensure proper safekeeping at all times
• Balance cash at the end of each shift/day and prepare cash reconciliation reports    
• Deposit collected cash to the bank as required and submit deposit slips
• Handle petty cash transactions and maintain supporting documents
• Respond to customer inquiries related to payments and billing professionally
• Coordinate with the finance and accounting team on payment discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements
• Maintain cleanliness and order at the cashier station
• Follow company policies, ethics, and confidentiality standards

• Bachelors degree in Accounting and Finance or related fields 
• 1 year and above related work experience, preferably in the real estate sector
