Job Summary

The Accountant is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, recording daily transactions, preparing financial reports, performing bank reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Detailed tasks:-

•Record and maintain daily financial transactions using accounting software.
• Prepare and monitor budgets and ensure expenditures remain within approved limits.
• Prepare financial statements and submit reports to the immediate supervisor.
• Perform bank and treasury reconciliations on a regular basis.
• Monitor revenue collection and other income sources.
• Ensure timely payment of salaries, rent, insurance, and other obligations.
• Maintain proper documentation for all financial transactions.
• Follow company accounting policies and procedures.
• Perform other related duties assigned by the department head.

Minimum Educational Requirements and Work experience

  •  BA in Accounting and Finance/ or related fields
  • Minimum of 2 years and above work experiences
  • Working in a transport company is mandatory.
