Position: HR & Administration Manager

Department/Section: Finance and Administration

Reports To: [Finance and Administration Section Head or General Manager]

Employment Type: Full-time  

Job Summary 

The HR & Material resource manager is responsible for managing human resources functions and general administrative services to ensure smooth business operations. This role involves recruitment, employee relations, policy implementation, office management, and overseeing general services such as procurement, facility management, and logistics.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes 
  • Manage employee records, contracts, and benefits administration. Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Organize and facilitate training and development programs 
  • Conduct performance management and appraisal processes Supervise office administration, including facility management, security, and maintenance 
  • Oversee procurement of office supplies, equipment, and services. Ensure workplace safety, health, and environmental compliance. Coordinate with vendors and service providers for operational efficiency 
  • Maintain records and ensure efficient document management.

Qualifications & Requirements 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR and general administration 
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
